Another option is obviously taking a cab.A third option could be staying one night in Macau it is also a very nice place and worth visiting if you have time. For getting to the ferry, take the taxi, its the best way to get there. Or else, AP1 will also gets you there but the taxi is still the best and most convenient with luggage in tow.
